Training services to develop the management and organisational skills of management staff

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for on-demand management training for management staff of the Hauts-de-Seine prefecture, the departmental population protection directorate and the shared departmental general secretariat. The programme is intended to improve planning, prioritisation, information sharing, collaborative working, hybrid management, early identification of risks and collective performance. One supplier will be appointed. The contract has an initial duration of 12 months, may be renewed in 12-month periods up to a maximum total of four years, and has a maximum order value of EUR 240,000 excluding VAT. Training will be delivered in person to groups of up to 12 participants, through two full-day or four half-day workshops, at designated sites in Nanterre, Courbevoie, Antony or Boulogne-Billancourt. The bid must include the required administrative declarations, unit-price schedule, technical proposal and, where applicable, subcontracting details. The technical proposal should describe the trainers, methodology, training materials, exercises, assessments, communication and follow-up. Evaluation is based on technical quality (55 points), price (40 points), and social and environmental performance (5 points).
