Creation, Modification, Maintenance and Spare Parts Supply for Fountains, Irrigation Systems and Misters

Summary

The tender covers the creation, modification, preventive and corrective maintenance, repair and supply of spare parts for Taverny’s ornamental and drinking-water fountains, automatic irrigation systems and misters. The framework agreement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers inspection and preventive and corrective maintenance, while Lot 2 covers the creation and modification of systems. Neither lot has an annual minimum volume. Lot 1 has an estimated annual value of EUR 30,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of EUR 100,000; Lot 2 has an estimated annual value of EUR 5,000 and a maximum of EUR 300,000. The contract lasts 12 months and may be renewed up to a maximum total duration of 48 months. The services include seasonal start-up and winterisation operations, inspections, cleaning, water-quality analyses, repairs, spare-parts installation and rapid response to faults and leaks. Bidders must complete a mandatory site visit before submitting a tender and include the resulting visit certificate. Tenders must be submitted by 2 October 2026 at 17:00. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and technical value for 60%.
