Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for renewing, strengthening and extending drinking-water and wastewater networks, including the installation of protective conduits, draw chambers and various equipped inspection chambers, for projects including the future prison and the Nîmes Sud economic activity zone, as well as the Générac connection within the Nîmes Métropole area. The works are not divided into lots or phases. The framework agreement will be concluded with one economic operator, has no minimum value and has a maximum value of EUR 14,000,000. Its initial term is 36 months and it may be renewed once for a further 36 months. Orders will be issued as required and paid according to unit prices and the quantities actually performed. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 65% of the evaluation, technical quality for 30% and environmental performance for 5%. Variants are not allowed, and no site visit or samples are planned.
