Framework agreement for bringing sports flooring up to standards, specialist maintenance and reconstruction

Summary

The contracting authority is establishing a framework agreement for works to bring sports flooring up to standards, provide specialist maintenance, and reconstruct indoor and outdoor sports surfaces. The procurement has three lots: natural outdoor sports surfaces, synthetic outdoor sports surfaces, and indoor sports surfaces. The framework has a maximum overall value of EUR 6,400,000 excluding VAT and a duration of 48 months; the lot ceilings are EUR 2,400,000, EUR 2,400,000 and EUR 1,600,000 respectively. Bidders may submit for and be awarded all three lots. Electronic submission is required, variants are not allowed, and the tender must remain valid for 180 days.
