Preventive and corrective maintenance of CACEM UPS systems

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of CACEM’s uninterruptible power supply systems across its sites in Martinique. It is a two-lot, single-supplier framework agreement combining annual fixed-price preventive maintenance with unit-price orders for corrective maintenance, repairs and replacement parts. Offers may cover one or both lots. The contract covers seven UPS units in Lot 1 and one APC Smart UPS RT 6000 at the PPCEZA marina in Lot 2. The technical proposal must describe the organisation, dedicated technicians and their competencies, the preventive maintenance programme, waste management and staff travel arrangements. Electronic submission is required, and the offer must be in French or accompanied by a French translation. The consultation rules state a deadline of 5 October 2026 at 12:00 (UTC-4), while the structured notice gives 12 October 2026; the official platform should therefore be checked before submission. Offers are valid for 120 days. Evaluation weights are price 40%, technical value 50% and environmental criterion 10%.
