Transport of household and similar waste between transfer sites and treatment outlets

SMICTOM Centre Ouest is procuring transport services for household and similar waste between transfer sites and treatment outlets in an open procedure divided into three lots: - Lot 1: recyclable household waste and sorting residues; - Lot 2: sorting residues and residual household waste to the SMPRB Taden energy recovery facility or another destination designated by the contracting authority, plus compost from the UVO facility; - Lot 3: plaster waste. Offers must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Paper submission is not allowed. Electronic signatures are not required. The lots may start on 1 January 2027 for Lots 1 and 3, and on 1 June 2027 for Lot 2. The tender validity period is four months. Free variants are permitted, and no particular legal form is imposed on a consortium. Evaluation is based on price at 60 points, technical quality at 30 points and environmental performance at 10 points. The technical and environmental submissions must explain the proposed equipment, staffing and organisation, traceability and reporting, logistics optimisation, vehicle environmental performance, emissions monitoring and continuous improvement.
