Tender detail
Installation of a system preventing incompatible mixtures in the ferric chloride unloading area at the Seine Grésillons plant
Summary
The tender concerns the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a system preventing incompatible products from being mixed in the ferric chloride unloading area at the Seine Grésillons wastewater treatment plant in Triel-sur-Seine. The existing unloading installation will be dismantled and replaced, with the new system installed in an existing enclosure and connected to the plant’s electrical, industrial IT, hydraulic and civil-engineering networks. The system must allow only the designated product to be unloaded in the relevant area and prevent unloading of a different product. The work includes testing the system with ferric chloride. The contract is planned for 9 months from the start order: studies for 4 months, works for 3 months, commissioning for 1 month, observation for 1 month, and final acceptance and handover documentation. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 16:00 Paris time. Variants are not allowed. The contracting authority may negotiate with the three highest-ranked compliant bidders, but may also award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders. A 5% advance is planned, rising to 10% for an eligible SME that accepts it, and each payment is subject to a 5% retention. The contract may be awarded to a single company or a consortium.
