Training for heavy goods vehicle and trailer driving licences for the needs of SDIS Loire

Summary

The tender concerns training and examination services for heavy goods vehicle (category C) and trailer (category BE) driving licences for employees of SDIS 42 Loire. It is divided into four regional lots: North, Centre, South and South Pilat. Bidders may apply for one or more lots, but must submit a separate tender for each lot. Training facilities must be located in the relevant area: within 20 km of Roanne for the North lot, within 20 km of Montbrison for the Centre lot, within 20 km of Saint-Étienne for the South lot, or within 30 km of Maclas for the South Pilat lot. This is a framework agreement with no minimum commitment and a maximum annual value of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT for each lot. The agreement starts on 1 January 2027, lasts 12 months and may be renewed three times, up to 2030. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 1 October 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 40%, technical value 50% and environmental performance 10%.
