Rental of beverage vending machines and purchase of associated consumables

Summary

The tender covers the rental, installation, maintenance and operation of beverage vending machines, together with the supply of associated consumables, for Voies Navigables de France's north-eastern regional area. It is divided into three lots: Lorraine, Haute-Marne and Ardennes. Bidders may submit offers for one, several or all lots, and one bidder may be awarded up to three lots. The framework agreement has an initial term of two years and may be extended once for a further 24-month period. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 15:00. The contractor must supply machines, beverages and consumables, arrange installation, maintenance and repairs, replace machines when necessary, carry out up to five relocations per year and respond to urgent breakdowns within a maximum of 48 working hours. Offers will be assessed on price (40%), technical quality (40%) and environmental and social criteria (20%).
