Framework agreement for envelope composition, manufacture, delivery, storage and destruction

Summary

The tender covers the composition, manufacture, packaging, delivery, storage and destruction of envelopes for DGFiP services. It comprises four areas: composition; the manufacture, packaging, delivery and destruction of personalised mailing envelopes; the manufacture, storage, packaging and delivery of envelopes for directorates; and storage of envelopes covered by the second and third areas. This is a multi-operator framework agreement with a maximum of 100 operators. The firm term is 2 years, with two possible one-year extensions. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 16:00. Evaluation will consider price, qualification tests, technical value and environmental criteria. Electronic invoicing is required.
