Collection, treatment and recovery of waste for the Cornouaille Hospital Group

Summary

The tender covers the collection, treatment and recovery of waste for the Cornouaille hospital group in the Quimper, Concarneau and Douarnenez areas. It is divided into three lots: 1) non-hazardous healthcare activity waste with a 30 m³ compactor, equipment rental and collection containers, 2) office paper, and 3) biowaste. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots. A framework agreement will be awarded to a single bidder for each lot, with a maximum total value of EUR 1,542,000 excluding VAT over the maximum term. The framework agreement has an initial term of 12 months and may be renewed four times, for a total period of up to 50 months. For Lot 1, the mandatory additional service covers the separate collection of food glass and provision of collection containers. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 12:00 and must be written in French and expressed in euros. All bidders must visit each site required for the lot or lots they intend to bid for before preparing their offer and include a signed site-visit certificate.
