Production, supply, transport and planting of plants for ecological restoration of natural areas in western and southern Réunion

Summary

The tender concerns the production, supply, transport and planting of plants for ecological restoration of natural areas in the western and southern parts of Réunion. A four-year framework agreement will be concluded with a single contractor, with a minimum value of EUR 200,000 and a maximum value of EUR 800,000 excluding VAT. Work will be ordered through purchase orders, each of which may have an execution period of up to six months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 12:00 Paris time. A mandatory technical memorandum must describe the bidder’s methods, resources, production and delivery capacity, plant quality assurance, and environmental and biosecurity measures. The scope includes production of native, exotic and protected plants, plant transport and planting, hydroseeding, exceptional watering, and the provision of personnel, vehicles and hand tools.
