Head protection equipment for workers in wastewater facilities and life jackets

Summary

The tender covers two lots: 1) the supply of head, respiratory, eye and hearing protection equipment for workers operating in wastewater and sewerage facilities; and 2) the supply, inspection and annual maintenance of life jackets. It is a single-supplier framework agreement that may last up to four years including renewals and will be implemented through purchase orders. The submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 16:00. Tenders must be submitted electronically, in French and in euros. Bidders may apply for both lots. The annual ceiling is EUR 30,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 6,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Lot 1 requires mandatory samples; for Lot 2, the bidder, consortium member or subcontractor must be authorised to inspect and maintain life jackets from PLASTIMO, WORKSAFE and MULLION. Tenders will be assessed on technical quality, price and environmental performance, weighted 50/40/10.
