Periodic inspection and maintenance of fire-safety systems at CROUS Normandie sites

Summary

CROUS Normandie is procuring periodic inspections and maintenance of fire-protection installations at its sites in six lots. Lots 1 and 2 cover fire-safety systems and smoke-control equipment in the Caen–Alençon–Cherbourg and Rouen–Le Havre–Évreux areas; lots 3 and 4 cover emergency lighting in those respective areas; lots 5 and 6 cover fire extinguishers, dry risers and other firefighting equipment in those areas. The contract combines scheduled preventive services with corrective maintenance, including replacement parts and occasional replacement equipment; the call-off portion is capped at €250,000 excluding VAT for lots 1, 2, 5 and 6, and €100,000 excluding VAT for lots 3 and 4. It runs for one year, with two possible one-year renewals.
