Technical assistance and works coordination for construction and rehabilitation projects

Summary

The City of Aubervilliers and its Social Action Centre are procuring technical assistance and works planning, management and coordination for new construction and rehabilitation projects in municipal buildings and external structures, as well as substitute works on private buildings and land. The single-lot, multi-supplier framework covers diagnostics; assistance with technical drawings and written specifications; analysis of contractors’ proposals; construction monitoring and handover; assessments of older or deteriorated buildings; and works planning and coordination. It may appoint up to three suppliers for one year, renewable up to three times, with no minimum order value, an annual maximum of €700,000 excluding VAT and a total maximum of €2.8 million over up to four years.
