Maintenance of lifts, goods lifts, doors and gates

Summary

Clermont Auvergne Métropole is procuring maintenance services in two lots: lifts and goods lifts, and doors and gates. Each lot is a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, initially running from notification until 31 December 2027 and renewable for one, two or three successive 12-month periods. For each 12-month period, the first lot has a minimum value of €25,000 and a maximum of €150,000 excluding VAT; the second has a minimum of €20,000 and a maximum of €100,000 excluding VAT. Similar services may be awarded to the contractor without a new competition, up to 50% of the initial contract value.
