Renovation of premises at the Val Benoit building

Summary

The Syndicat Mixte de l’Espace Lumière is procuring renovation works for administrative premises in the Val Benoit building at the La Foux d’Allos ski resort. The contract is divided into five separate lots: demolition, partitions, linings and suspended ceilings; exterior and interior joinery; flexible floor coverings; painting; and electrical works. Each lot includes firm works on floors R+1 and R+2, with optional sections covering the technical office and, for some lots, the stairwell.
