Renovation of the western stairwell at the Nice Rectorate’s main building

Summary

The Région Académique Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Rectorate of Nice, is procuring renovation works for the western stairwell of its main building at the Cap de Croix site in Nice. The works will repair rainwater damage and improve drainage and protection of the external emergency stairwell, including masonry, plastering and painting, metalwork, joinery and related works. The contract is divided into two lots: masonry/plastering/painting and external joinery/metalwork. Optional works include floor painting for Lot 1, and replacing the ground-floor door and installing an external handrail for Lot 2. The estimated total value is €90,000–€100,000; works are scheduled for up to five months, plus a four-week preparation period.
