Grease trap maintenance and pipe cleaning at CROUS Nice-Toulon university sites

Summary

CROUS Nice-Toulon is procuring maintenance of grease traps at university restaurants and cleaning of pipes at university residences. The work includes scheduled emptying of grease traps, maintenance of associated lifting pumps where applicable, cleaning of pipes upstream and downstream of the traps, and on-demand unblocking and cleaning of wastewater and rainwater networks. The procurement is divided into two geographical lots: Alpes-Maritimes, estimated at €95,000, and Var, estimated at €60,000. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 January 2027, or a later notification date, and may be renewed three times for 12 months each; the on-demand work has a maximum value of €125,000 excluding VAT over all renewals.
