Support for MaPrimeAdapt Home Adaptation Applications

Summary

The GrandAngoulême urban community is procuring follow-up and support services for households seeking to adapt their homes to loss of independence associated with ageing or disability under the 2025–2029 Territorial Pact, France Rénov, volet 3. The single-lot framework agreement covers home visits and autonomy reports, support with Anah grant applications and case completion, as well as steering and monitoring meetings, quarterly reviews and programme facilitation. It has a maximum value of €300,000 excluding VAT over one year, renewable twice for six months each.
