Cleaning and upkeep of building surroundings and common areas – Re-tender of Lot 01

Summary

m2A Habitat is re-tendering Lot 01 for its South Agency following termination of the previous framework agreement. The contract covers cleaning and upkeep of building surroundings and common areas, as well as cleaning vacant dwellings and their annexes in Mulhouse and nearby municipalities. It includes scheduled services and occasional call-off work; the maximum amount for occasional services is €200,000 per year, and the lot’s stated framework maximum is €1.1 million.
