Thermal insulation and security improvements to Saint-Gratien Town Hall windows

Summary

The City of Saint-Gratien is procuring the replacement of the town hall’s existing windows with new wooden windows and insulating security glazing, together with external roller shutters on selected windows and metal shutters on upper-floor windows. The works are divided into a firm tranche covering the ground-floor offices 1–7 and first-floor offices 8–13 on the park side, and a conditional tranche covering first-floor offices 14C–17C on the rear side. The works will take place in an occupied municipal building.
