Collection, off-site storage and inventory of the Ministry’s intermediate archives

Summary

The French Ministry of Agriculture is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for the collection, off-site storage and inventory of its intermediate archives, mainly personnel files. The initial scope covers collection and storage of 800 linear metres of archives and inventory work for 200 linear metres; additional archives may be taken in progressively, up to a maximum volume of 1.2 kilometres. The agreement has no lots, runs for 24 months with two possible 12-month extensions, and has a total maximum value of EUR 300,000 excluding VAT.
