Painting works in municipal buildings

Summary

The City of Mons-en-Barœul is procuring painting works in buildings belonging to the city and its CCAS, including the Les Bruyères care home and Les Cèdres assisted-living residence. The single-lot, single-supplier framework agreement will run for 48 months and cover interior and exterior painting, mainly in the city’s schools, as well as painting individual residents’ rooms at the CCAS facilities. Work will be ordered as needed, with no annual minimum and an annual maximum of EUR 160,000 excluding VAT; the estimated total value is EUR 640,000.
