Maintenance of HVAC systems at hospitals and care homes and gas-fired sites of Nancy University Hospital

Summary

CHRU de Nancy is procuring eight years of operation, servicing and maintenance for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems at hospitals and care homes, as well as gas-fired sites of the Nancy university hospital. The three geographic lots cover the Nancy sites; the establishments in Pont-à-Mousson, Pompey and Lay-Saint-Christophe; and the establishments in Dieuze and Saint-Epvre. Services include routine maintenance and repairs, replacement of defective equipment, energy-performance management and improvement works, and major maintenance and renewal of heating and domestic hot-water networks. The contract is scheduled to run from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2035.
