Rental and maintenance of multifunction devices (printing, copying and scanning)

Summary

The City of Chevilly-Larue is procuring the five-year rental and maintenance of a fleet of 83 new and/or refurbished printers and multifunction devices, with related software, delivery, configuration and installation at municipal sites. The contract also covers consumables other than paper, page-based maintenance, user and administrator training, and free relocation of multifunction devices within the municipality, up to 5% of the fleet per year. The estimated annual print volume is 2,020,000 pages. The procurement is not divided into lots.
