Framework agreement for contaminated-soil investigations 2027–2030

Summary

The City of Rezé is seeking a single-lot framework agreement for order-based contaminated-soil investigations at various sites from 2027 to 2030. The work will assess whether site conditions are compatible with current and planned uses for development projects, such as community gardens, nurseries and schools; where needed, it will also include a management plan and support during works. The framework has a minimum total value of €40,000 excluding VAT and an estimated value of €400,000.
