Summary

Thionville Fensch Agglomération is procuring the operation and maintenance of technical installations at 38 sites, including heating and domestic hot-water systems, water treatment, air treatment and air conditioning, plus related electrical installations in technical rooms. The contract is divided into two separately awarded lots: 12 sites where fuel is supplied under Lot 1, and 26 sites without fuel supply under Lot 2. The initial term is 60 months, with one possible 36-month renewal, for a maximum total term of 96 months.
