Summary

The City of Thionville is procuring the supply and installation of urban furniture under lot 1, through a framework agreement running from notification until 31 May 2028. The agreement will be called off by purchase orders at unit prices, with a total minimum value of €30,000 and a maximum value of €600,000 excluding VAT. Social and environmental clauses apply to performance.
