Design and project management services for renovation and densification of the public finance centre in Evry-Courcouronnes

The French State is procuring a full design and project-management service, including scheduling, coordination and site supervision, for renovation and densification of the public finance centre at 27 rue des Mazières in Evry-Courcouronnes. The firm tranche covers consolidation of services, adaptation of workspaces and diagnosis and adaptation of technical systems; the optional tranche covers additional energy renovation.
