Rental of a water-bombing helicopter with crew and Bambi bucket (or equivalent)

Summary

SDIS 43 Haute Loire is procuring an on-call helicopter with crew and a Bambi water bucket or equivalent for firefighting operations in the Haute-Loire department; operations outside the department require the buyer’s approval. The single-lot framework agreement has an initial one-year term and may be renewed three times, for up to four years. Each year’s firm tranche covers availability from 15 June to 15 August and up to 40 flight hours; an optional tranche covers 16–31 August, with flight hours set by the buyer. A separately priced optional service is rental of a 2,500-litre transportable reserve kerosene tank with accessories. Maximum contract amounts are €300,000, €310,000, €320,000 and €330,000 excluding VAT for periods 1–4, respectively.
