Application maintenance services for LOG-MI

Summary

The French Ministry of the Interior is procuring a framework agreement for third-party application maintenance of the LOG-MI solution. Services cover governance and initialisation, corrective, evolutionary and adaptive maintenance, support, testing, documentation, deployment and training, studies and expertise, reversibility, and, where required, user-licence renewals and dedicated infrastructure. The initial term is 48 months, with two possible 12-month extensions; the maximum value is €3,333,333.33 excluding VAT (€4,000,000 including VAT).
