Conversion of a Building into a Longevity Centre

Summary

The Municipality of Arcachon is procuring works to convert a building at 80 cours Tartas in Arcachon into a Longevity Centre. The works are divided into lots 02–14, covering HVAC and plumbing, electrical works, roof cleaning, exterior and interior joinery, metalwork, insulation and finishes, fit-out, painting, cleaning and signage, roads and utilities, and landscaping. The overall operation is scheduled to last 42 weeks; lot 01, covering strip-out and structural works, is under a separate ongoing procurement.
