Construction of heating substations for the northern Ris-Orangis district heating network

Summary

SPL SEER is procuring works to build three heating substations for the geothermal-based district heating network in the northern sector of Ris-Orangis, around the railway station, to connect new subscribers. The contract is not divided into lots: it includes a fixed-price component for the three substations and a single-supplier framework agreement for asbestos-removal works in sub-sections 3 and 4, with no minimum amount and a maximum of EUR 120,000 excluding VAT. The firm phase covers the substation at Résidence Léon Blum; two optional phases cover Résidence Place de la Gare and Résidence Avenue de la Gare. The contract may run for up to three years.
