Maintenance and development of the shared business intelligence system (TMD)

Summary

The Seine-Normandie Water Agency is procuring third-party maintenance and development services for the shared business intelligence systems used by a group of six water agencies. The single-lot framework agreement covers operational maintenance of the shared environments, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance of existing data-loading programmes, business universes and dashboards, and development of new projects. The notice gives a framework maximum of EUR 1.3 million and a planned duration of 48 months, with up to three 12-month renewals.
