Corrective and adaptive maintenance of the SINC-IRA application

Summary

The Lyon Regional Institute of Administration is procuring corrective, evolutionary and security maintenance, operation and support for the SINC-IRA application, which manages entrance examinations for public-service institutes and the allocation of administrative attaché trainees after their training. The single-lot, single-provider framework agreement has no minimum value and a maximum value of €400,000 excluding VAT; it is renewable annually for up to four years.
