Maintenance of fire detection and smoke extraction systems

Summary

UGECAM Hauts-de-France is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of fire detection and smoke extraction systems across ten geographic lots covering its rehabilitation, care and residential facilities in the region. The services include periodic inspections and, where applicable, smoke extraction tests and airflow measurements; theoretical airflow calculations may be ordered separately. The contract runs for one year from 1 January 2027, with up to three renewals (four years maximum); corrective and occasional services are ordered as needed, with an annual cap of €15,000 excluding VAT per lot and a maximum of €60,000 per lot over the full term.
