Supply and installation of thermal adaptation equipment in public-access buildings

Summary

The City of Issy-les-Moulineaux is procuring thermal-comfort equipment for public-access buildings under a four-year, multi-supplier framework agreement with three lots and a maximum of three suppliers. Lot 1 covers the supply, installation and maintenance of fixed air-to-air heat pumps, with a maximum value of €10,000,000 excluding VAT; lot 2 covers the supply and installation of external solar-protection films, up to €2,500,000; and lot 3 covers external and internal solar-protection equipment, up to €1,500,000. There is no minimum order value; orders will be placed at unit prices.
