Summary

The procurement covers owner’s technical assistance for monitoring environmental and sustainable-development issues during construction of the Nîmes South penitentiary centre. The services support implementation of measures to avoid, reduce and compensate for environmental impacts, including commitments relating to protected species and the low-nuisance construction charter. Work will be carried out mainly on site in Nîmes and partly at the APIJ headquarters in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, covering the firm and optional phases of the project.
