Home-to-work transport for Hyères employees with disabilities or temporary mobility restrictions

Summary

The Commune of Hyères is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for home-to-work and return transport for municipal employees with disabilities or temporarily unable to travel independently. Journeys will be provided in vehicles with fewer than nine seats, including the driver. The agreement starts on 22 January 2027, or on the later notification date, and may be renewed three times for successive one-year periods; there is no annual minimum and the annual maximum is €59,000 including VAT. Past estimated use involved one wheelchair user travelling a 15 km round trip, with up to 216 estimated working days per year; quantities are indicative and non-binding.
