Preventive and corrective maintenance of emergency lighting in municipal buildings

Summary

The City of Mantes-la-Jolie is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of emergency lighting in its municipal buildings under a single-lot framework agreement. Preventive maintenance includes annual inspection of approximately 2,300 emergency-lighting units; corrective work may include replacement units, batteries, accessories and controls, as well as labour, travel and equipment hire. The corrective-maintenance orders have no annual minimum and are capped at €45,000 excluding VAT per year. The agreement is scheduled to run from 2027 through 2029, subject to two renewals.
