Roof renovation design and supervision for three public buildings in Issou

Summary

The Municipality of Issou is procuring design and construction-supervision services for the renovation of the roofs of the 4 Éléments elementary school, Montalet canteen and early-childhood centre. The project covers three public buildings and aims to resolve water-ingress problems and improve energy performance; the school roof works are scheduled for July–August 2027, with an estimated works budget of €400,000 excluding VAT. The contract also includes a required additional service assessing the feasibility of installing photovoltaic panels on one or more buildings.
