Assistance with revision of the Grand-Bornand Local Urban Plan and related procedures

Summary

The municipality of Le Grand-Bornand is procuring assistance to revise its Local Urban Plan (PLU) and carry out related procedures. The revision will take account of legislative changes, including climate and resilience legislation and the LE MEUR law, as well as changes to the supra-municipal planning documents, including the revised FIER-ARAVIS SCoT adopted in 2026. The contract runs for 36 months and is not divided into lots.
