Inspection and maintenance of fire safety systems in the City of Loos buildings – Lot 1

Summary

The City of Loos is procuring, under a single-supplier framework agreement, the inspection, maintenance, extension and installation of fire safety systems, smoke extraction systems and automatic fire-extinguishing systems in its buildings. The contract covers one lot, has an initial term of 12 months from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed once for a further year, through 31 December 2028. There is no annual minimum; the annual maximum is EUR 100,000 excluding VAT, and the estimated total value is EUR 200,000.
