Voies navigables de France is procuring a psychological support and counselling service for approximately 3,820 staff through a helpline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, together with related services. These include crisis support within 24 hours of a serious event, mediation within 48 hours, support for health and safety committees, organisational assessments, on-site psychologist sessions, and communication and reporting. The single-lot framework agreement has no minimum value, a maximum value of EUR 340,000 excluding VAT, and a term of two years with one possible two-year extension.
