Executive production of the Gala Galliera festival

Summary

Paris Musées is procuring the executive production of the Gala Galliera festival marking the 50th anniversary of the Palais Galliera fashion museum. The single-lot contract covers production and coordination, artist and contributor administration, technical production and staging, event operations and audience services for 39 events: 36 public events from 19 May to 5 June 2027 and three outdoor film screenings in June 2027. The programme includes conversations, masterclasses, performances, student and festive evenings, and a film festival; the contract has a maximum value of €350,000 excluding VAT, including a fixed €150,000 excluding VAT allocation for artistic fees and related expenses.
