Update of the Saulcy Campus Real Estate Master Plan
Summary
The University of Lorraine is procuring intellectual services to update the real estate master plan for the Saulcy campus in Metz. The work will develop a strategy for the university’s built estate through 2035, aligned with its 2026–2030 multi-year real estate strategy, and compare reorganisation scenarios to establish a prioritised programme of projects. The single, non-lotted contract has a total duration of 52 weeks.
