Electronic voting system

Summary

The French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for an electronic voting system and support in organising, preparing and conducting CNRS elections. The services include qualified SecnumCloud hosting, or an equivalent European standard, and will be delivered through work units. The framework has no minimum spend, a maximum value of €600,000 excluding VAT and an estimated value of €300,000 excluding VAT over an initial year, renewable three times for one-year periods; it is not divided into lots.
