Maintenance, renovation and extension works to Saint-Joseph municipal buildings – 2027

Summary

The Commune of Saint-Joseph is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement for maintenance, renovation and extension works on municipal buildings in 11 lots: structural works (maximum €750,000 per period); roofing structures, roofing and metalwork (€1,500,000); waterproofing (€500,000); plastering and suspended ceilings (€100,000); electrical works (€400,000); wooden joinery (€200,000); aluminium joinery (€750,000); tiling (€150,000); resilient flooring and parquet (€150,000); plumbing (€80,000); and painting (€500,000). These are maximum amounts excluding VAT for each of four periods. Specific works will be commissioned through subsequent contracts following competition among framework members.
