Hosting, maintenance and related services for the Publik solution

Summary

Toulouse Métropole and the Municipality of Toulouse are procuring a four-year framework agreement for hosting, maintenance, support and related services for the Publik platform, used to digitise administrative procedures and manage online services and user relations. The scope includes dedicated-infrastructure SaaS hosting, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, technical and functional assistance, feature and online-service development, integration, training, audits and data portability. The agreement is implemented through orders, with maximum amounts excluding VAT for periods 1–4 of €186,000, €195,300, €213,900 and €232,500 for the Municipality of Toulouse, and €114,000, €119,700, €131,100 and €142,500 for Toulouse Métropole.
